You know those feelings you get when you realize that you’ve just met someone who is going to be a wonderful friend? That’s what I felt the minute I sat down with Krissy over lunch when we met for the first time! I don’t know if I have ever seen someone with so much love inside that it just radiates…except Krissy of course. No wonder Kyle snatched her up!
Krissy and Kyle took the scenic route to their “I do’s” fighting the good friend stigma for a good while, until Kyle got up the courage at summer camp to take the “more than friends” leap. And here they stand today, in love and Mr. and Mrs.! I’ve always believed that the air at camp glitters gold and has super powers…this proves my theory for sure.
I LOVE traveling for weddings, and their wedding was no exception! Laced with beautiful details in the Austin countryside, the beauty of the day stole my heart. Everything from the decor to the date were chosen for their significance to the lovely couple, and I think everyone left feeling a little bit more in love than they were when they arrived!
Sit back and enjoy the loveliness! I recommend slow jams with Josh Turner or Keith Urban for this one!
I had my first ever grooms woman! Not only was she FAB…But she is also one of my past Brides! Get it Cari!
I don’t know where to begin…Mr. and Mrs. Shaffer, I am truly obsessed with you, in a non-creeper way. You are such an incredible match and you have blessed me more than you know! Thank you for letting me be a part of such a perfect day! I am truly so honored to have been your photographer! A true blessing!

Photo Tip #1
The hardest thing about this day was the sun! Not only was it a little hot, but it was high and bright! Be sure to check the forecast, plan properly and scout out shade for your portraits! If not, be ready to fight the shadows!
